A paean to the curious case of Ingolf Frodo Amalrik.
In the past, Dutch law named legitimate children (from a marriage, custody of both parents) and "natural" children (custody of one person, "one-headed").
In the case of Ingolf Frodo Amalrik, the parents asked for a two-headed custody. In 1984, the year Ingolf was born, that was simply out of the question. The parent that did not have custody could only have "watchful custody" or vice-custody, but that said almost nothing: all authority was for the other.
Thanks to Ingolf, there now is 1:245 BW. This makes it possible to have two-headed custody.
